Sheet 03 · Who we are

The systems that move a city should belong to the people who run them.

The cooperative

We organise as equals: one member, one vote, shared ownership, shared decisions, shared surplus.

We started from a question: what would logistics look like built as a commons, instead of a business to extract from? We answer it project by project. We hire for trust and train for skill, and we keep our tools, our data and our decisions in our own hands.

Cooperative development and platform co-ops

Paul Iano

Co-founded Eraman in 2020, after three months as a Glovo rider and an investigation into platform delivery conditions for Argia: the reason Eraman exists. Sat on CoopCycle's board of directors from 2022 to 2025 and was product manager for the federation's shared delivery platform. Now designs grants and builds the internal software small cooperatives cannot afford to buy.
